    Lombona — view and location

    The mountain is located in the southwest of the island in Povoacao Velha, the oldest town of Boa Vista. The centre of the town is about a kilometre away. Povoacao Velha will be a major hub for the development of, as the town is on the road between Praia da Varandinha and Praia Santa Monica, the most beautiful beach of the Cape Verde Islands. The Expansion of the village is planned, just as the street from Varandinha to Santa Monica is going to be built (currently there are only crushed stone- or sandy paths, cobblestone streets, off-road-trails-everything is very natural, pure and adventurous). Furthermore, a five-star resort of the Spanish hotel group Melia emerges at Praia Santa Monica (the opening is planned in 2016, with 850 rooms), as well as a marina. To the beach it′s about 5 kilometres.

    Enjoy the unobstructed view from the pool

    The Lombona-project provides for all plateau building plots from the ground floor breathtaking views to the open sea and the picturesque surroundings. The mountain is between 71m and 89,5m high and has a level difference of about 18,5m within the plateau, so that in the arrangement and height respectively the storey of the houses it′s not possible to obstruct the sea view for anybody. Architects and topographer calculated the built-on areas so that all building plots have a sea view towards „Praia Santa Monica“ (the longest and widest beach of the Cape Verde Islands) or the „Praia da Varandinha“ or to both beaches. Indeed, about lot 1, a maximum building area of 352 square meters (16m x 22m) and it is permitted to have an additional level to the ground floor. The lots 1, 2, 3, 4 are completely free because of the differences in height of plateau and the specified number of floors. The parcels 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have an additional view of the village Povoacao Velha and the beach of Praia Santa Monica. Plot 2 and 8 can be used commercially in the catering and hotel industry. In Plot 2 this is specifically requested, so that there will be an exquisite restaurant available for the residents, the site is accessed by a private driveway, so that the business doesn′t disturb the calmness, the infrastructure/leisure activities still are raised.
